Yes, chicwear operations are currently continuing. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and for your order in the checkout.

Double-check your expected delivery date under Account>Orders before getting in touch. Please bare in mind this date is an estimate and some deliveries may take longer. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

You can track your order status by sending us email here Contact Us and we will feed you back.

You can change your delivery address until the order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details.

You are not able to make any return unless there is a damage in the product 

After you have created a return request via the Easy Return Center and have selected the items, you will receive the refund amount. You can also find the total cost of the items on the invoice.

Please note that the cash on delivery fee will not be refunded if cash on delivery was the method of payment chosen for that specific order. If you do not return all items in your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Items with a hanger icon on their image are pending for supplement.
  • In case there is/are item/s pending for supply in your order, the shipping period may vary.
